I thought I was pregnant because I had almost ALL the signs, and it’s very likely given the times I had sex. I took a pregnancy test before my missed period and it was negative but I continued to feel off. I was certain I wasn’t going to get my period because of my symptoms. The day my period was supposed to start I had only pink spotting and then it turned into a redish, orange, brown color. Well every time I go to the bathroom there’s hardly any blood on my pad but in the toilet 2-3 blood clots always drop out. This is not normal for me. I normally have a very heavy, liquidy period. Never clots. Before my period started I was having white strechy stuff come out and I wasn’t sure what that was because that has never happened before either. Is there any chance of being pregnant?|||Possibly a miscarriage if you think there is a chance you could have been pregnant.

This is the reting day, but we do cardio

As you can see, we are working out everyday, and the same muscle groups too. Abs are thrown in there twice a week. maybe you can use it as a guide!

Ive had a swollen lymph node in my neck for a few days now shortly after happened I felt I had a toothache and I also felt other lymph node areas feel not really painful but just something uncomfortable going on.I also had pressure and slight pain and heat in my head and neck.I went to the dr blood was drawn etc.I had no infeciton in my blood urine was fine .He did a physical exam and told me even though he didnt see an abscess in my mouth because I had a swollen lymph node in my neck and pain in the back of my teeth on the same side that I had a infected tooth.So I went to the dentist and they did xrays but showed I had no decay anywhere and in fact my teeth were very clean.The dentist asked me if I grind my teeth and I said yes at work I do.So he says it may be an infection from that but other than that he is baffled.On the xray it showed the infection starting to go away(Ive been on antibiotics for a few days) but no real connection the the teeth.He did give me a card for an endodontist but I am thinking thats a waste of time since apparently my teeth are fine.Has this ever happened to you?Any info would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance.

One can start with five minutes non-stop , then gradually every day increase ur duration say by one or two minutes , soon one develops stamina for 45 minutes non-stop skipping .
How to do abs : lie down on floor , hook ur feet under the sofa , then raise ur head &chest above the floor without help of hands .Keep hands folded on tummy. repeat this say ten times on day one ,then every day increase by two . All exercises should be done in this incremental way . That means we push the body to do little more every day then the previous day.
